Project Overview


CEFA Early Learning is Canada’s most prestigious early learning franchise, offering a proprietary curriculum that blends academics, arts, and emotional intelligence for children aged 1–5 across 50+ locations. Despite the strength of its educational model and nationwide footprint, CEFA’s brand visibility online was fragmented. Franchisees lacked unified marketing systems, making it difficult to translate CEFA’s reputation into digital engagement and enrollment inquiries in an increasingly competitive early education market.

Objective


Our objective was to transform CEFA’s digital presence and marketing systems into a unified, scalable ecosystem that could drive enrollment inquiries while reinforcing CEFA’s position as the gold standard in early childhood education. This required more than surface-level visibility—it meant creating content and systems that aligned franchise partners, engaged parents, and amplified CEFA’s brand voice consistently across Canada.

We set out to build an integrated strategy that combined brand consistency, SEO-driven campaigns, digital storytelling, and scalable design systems, ensuring that every school in the network could benefit from centralized marketing strength.

Scope of Work


We executed a full-scale overhaul of CEFA’s digital and brand systems:


Franchise Partner Enablement

  • Developed and launched a franchise partner communication portal serving 50+ schools nationwide.

  • Created scalable resources and guidelines that unified marketing efforts across all franchise locations.


Content Strategy & Brand Consistency

  • Defined and executed a company-wide content strategy to strengthen CEFA’s digital presence.

  • Built a unified brand voice across channels, formats, and campaigns, ensuring consistency nationwide.


SEO & Campaign Execution

  • Spearheaded SEO-rich content and digital campaigns that increased enrollment inquiries.

  • Produced video-led storytelling campaigns that amplified CEFA’s reputation and parent engagement.


Systems & Design Infrastructure

  • Built reusable design systems and a searchable content archive, streamlining production and reducing turnaround times.

  • Established scalable workflows in Asana, enabling seamless cross-functional collaboration with contractors, agencies, and internal teams.


Data & Optimization

  • Implemented KPI/OKR tracking to measure campaign impact, using insights to continuously refine marketing outcomes.

The brand transformation positioned CEFA as a digitally unified, nationally consistent leader in early childhood education. SEO-rich campaigns and video storytelling increased enrollment inquiries while amplifying CEFA’s reputation as the gold standard for early learning in Canada.

Franchisees benefited from a new communication portal, content archive, and reusable design systems, which reduced inefficiencies and gave every location the tools to execute locally within a consistent brand framework. Cross-functional collaboration became seamless, enabling faster campaign delivery and stronger market responsiveness.
